Olde World StoneKote Sealer seals out water, but allows water vapor to evaporate through concrete (breathe). It helps protect and prolong the color and appearance of the substrate from oil, salt, sunlight, etc APPLICATION: Olde World StoneKote may be applied to dry or damp concrete surfaces. Protect any nearby vegetation and other surfaces made of glass, aluminum, or metal. Apply thoroughly with sprayer, roller, brush or sponge. If spraying, avoid overspray. Rolling and sponge application are recommended for best effect. COVERAGE: Approximately 200 square feet per gallon depending on porosity of substrate.
