Tis is a 1938 Walking Liberty Half Dollar struck at the Philadelphia Mint. It was the end coin in an old bank roll I purchased many years ago. The obverse has the dark toning because it was exposed and I don't clean coins. It could be "dipped" to match the reverse but that would be your choice. The toning is actually kinda pretty.
