In or just before 1949 Bally began what I think was a short lived program of providing operators with a set of 3 folders, each with some relavent pre-loaded pages for the date the folders were sent. Operators were expected to add new pages when available. As a result these folders almost always differ from each other.This orange/blue folder is labeled OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS. It has three index pages and nothing else.My photos show the front and back covers plus each inserted page.The last two images are scans of undated cover letters explaining the purpose of the folders. Feel free to copy and saves these scans - the originals are not included in the folder I am selling in this listing.
