In or just before 1949 Bally began what I think was a short lived program of providing operators with a set of 3 folders, each with some relavent pre-loaded pages for the date the folders were sent. Operators were expected to add new pages when available. As a result these folders almost always differ from each other.This peach/blue folder is labeled SERVICE BULLETINS. It has 4 inserted pages.My photos show the front and back covers plus each inserted page up.The last image is a scan of an undated cover letter explaining the purpose of the folders. Feel free to copy and save this scan - the original is not included in the folder I am selling in this listing.
