Hibbs. It was originally approved for the 63rd Infantry Division on 27 March 1943. It was authorized for the 63rd Army Reserve Command on 22 April 1968. It was reassigned and authorized effective 16 April 1996, for the 63rd Regional Support Command. The insignia was re-designated effective 16 July 2003, for the 63rd Regional Readiness Command. It was re-designated effective 17 September 2008, for the 63rd Regional Support Command.Brief History: The 63d Infantry Division ("Blood and Fire") was an infantry division of the United States Army that fought in Europe during World War II.
