"New" in package but definitely vintage as these parts are no longer available through the Andersen Parts website and most likely your local Andersen dealer has long exhausted their parts inventory. This listing is for sash locks in stone suitable for Andersen primed wood & Perma-Shield® Casement windows produced from 1974-80. I am not the Andersen Parts Store nor am I affiliated with All About Doors & Windows (the only on-line source I could come across that still has these parts in inventory). Note that these are currently being sold by AADW for $70.30 apiece. You are somewhat over a barrel if you have these old windows and your locks are kaput --- either find replacement hardware (and the later types are simply not compatible with the older windows) or pay beaucoup $$$ for new windows. If you want to buy yourself a few years, hardware is the way to go. Note that these are for right hand casements ONLY: from the EXTERIOR of your home, if the hinge side is on the right, and you have OLD Andersen windows from the 1974 - 80 era, you are in luck.
