The pictures in the listing are actual pictures of a unit you will receive. All units are in comparable or better condition to the one shown in this listing. The Surtrk slide rails are not included, but the front ears and rear brackets are included. Batteries are not included, but the empty battery case and all wiring is included. You should always start with fresh batteries whenever installing any uninterruptible power supply, this insures the maximum serviceable lifespan of the batteries. I removed the batteries because they were well past their shelf life. Replacement batteries are available directly from APC or many other aftermarket battery manufacturers. For your sourcing reference I've attached a couple photos of a battery that I'd removed from these units. I can provide a wiring diagram for your installation of new batteries. It will require 8 replacement batteries. This unit includes an AP9619 network management card. Also included is a hardwired power cord with a 120 volt 20 amp plug. Maximum power can be increased if you install a 30 amp plug. The last 2 photos in this listing are meant to show how the unit will be disassembled for safe shipping. All disassembled parts will ship inside the battery case. The domestic flat rate shipping cost is expensive due to the heavy weight.
