Arcade1UP Angled Control Deck Upgrade Kit This kit is the perfect addition to your Arcade1Up Countercade! I never paid much attention to the flat control decks on all of my Arcade1UP cabinets until I purchased Golden Tee. With the Golden Tee cabinet, the deck design was changed from flat to angled, making it feel more like real arcade machines. So I began looking at how I could change my existing machines to angle the control deck. This kit is the result. This Upgrade Kit was designed to angle the Countercade's control deck so that it is more like a real arcade machine. It also has flat-head chrome screws and raised washers to give your machine a more finished look. If you have a plexiglass control deck cover, it can also help protect it and cover small cracks if you over-tightened the screws. The kit consists of:Two custom-designed and 3D-printed angle wedges with aligned screw holes to match the deck. Two longer flat-head chrome screws (to replace the original deck screws).Two raised washers.Installation is easy. Start by removing the existing deck screws (they will not be re-used), lift the control deck, put the wedges in place (aligning them with the existing screw holes), replace the control deck, and then use the replacement screws and raised washers to secure the deck. This modification has been tested with 1-Player Countercade machines. It should also work with 2-Player configurations. All wedges are printed black to blend in with the machine so it looks like it is an original part of the cabinet.
