The B&K 4017A 10 MHz sweep/function generator with built in frequency counter readout will generate sine, square, triangle, pulse and ramp waveforms, plus it will sweep any of the above as well. Just to be clear, the readout is of the actual frequency generated, and there is no external input to use this as a standalone frequency counter. There is some frequency instability, which you can see on a scope, but not in my photos. It is very slow, spanning a few seconds. There is some physical damage as shown in the photos, otherwise the unit powers on and all functions work. Email me if you have any questions and thanks for looking.
