It is scaled 0 to 15, and 0 to 250 watts. So, it is not a replacement for a Model 43 meter. I do not know what model it fits. It is good, and measures 3 1/2 inches in diameter at the top and 2 3/4 inches below the panel. It is measures 1 3/4 inches deep below the panel. There are two Trimpots on the back for calibration.
