The retainer and the outer cone are of the same fine quality, as used on the CAT II Q, and the same physically, with the exception, that the retainer is drilled through for a smooth interior bore. This will allow leaving the retainer in place during urination, at your discretion. The retainer and outer cone provide a secure and comfortable attachment. The retainer is 1-3/8" in diameter. If your skin tube will roll over a 1-3/8" diameter cylinder, the retainer should work for you. Part of the glans will enter the retainer. You will need some loose skin to roll onto the retainer. Restoration devices should not be worn during sleep hours, due to their interference with nocturnal erections and chance of injury.
