This is a custom Damascus slip joint knife by the late South African knifemaker Conrad Pienaar. It was produced in the mid 1990s and features nickel silver bolsters, liners and pins. The handle is Kudu horn and it has a matching Kudu skin belt sheath by the maker. It stores in a furniture grade brass hinged felt lined wood box., also from the maker.
