This is a ram air temperature indicator used on Douglas commercial aircraft and possibly other types as well. This one has a parts tag showing removal from N942F on 9/25/03 during tear down and has been in storage since. It is in good condition without damage to the housing or connector. The glass is not cracked and needle is in place. The data plate reads INDICATOR TEMPERATURE ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE, 28 VOLTS DC, MFR'S PART NO. 162BL710, THE LEWIS ENGRG.
