Includes the mounting hardware. It has (5) braided leads coming out one side of it. We have not tested this as we have no schematic for it. It was mounted in a generic test chassis that we got from our Sound Values buyout (they are the folks that cleaned out the Dynaco NOS parts inventory back in 1979 when Dynaco closed its doors).
