Power Ring first appeared in the original Justice League of America comic book issue #29 from 1964. The Crume Syndicate were the Earth 3 counterparts to the JLA on an Earth where the superpowered individuals were evil. Power Ring and the rest of the Earth 3 Crime Syndicate were ultimately defeated by the combined forces of the JLA and JSA. They did make other appearances throughout the years until they were destroyed by the effects of the Crisis on Infinite Earths. There are no definitive drawings of how this ring looks, just a general shape that each comic artist took liberties with as they needed. When designing it, we looked at as many images from the comics as we could find. We ultimately tried to stick closely to the original look from the first appearance while still adding some nuances that made it look like it might actually be a construct of the real world. We pride ourselves on doing quality work that exceeds discerning collector's expectations. For that reason, the ring was designed to look great on display, but is also excellently suited for Cosplay. The construction was made to be durable, but being plastic, it’s always a good rule to treat it with some care to avoid accidental breakage.
