Otherwise, I'm at a loss when it comes to accurately describing this well made piece of equipment. It could be tack for a smaller animal such as a goat or even a large dog. Unknown if it's complete. I've shown this to a large animal veterinarian and he has never seen one. Black and white leather with a black sheepskin covered rigid aluminum horn. Leathers are black or 2 tone black and brown with black sheepskin padding and brass buckles. Overall length measures approximately 36" long from the eyelets to the brass buckles.
