I have many of these and you will not get the one pictured but in a similar condition. My ratings are as follows: Fair- leather tab will be worn and stretched but not cut or damaged, metal will be worns, as well as the web. It will be fully functional. Good- Leather tab may have some wear, but not stretching. web and metal may have light wear. Very Good - Leather tab will have little to no wear, The web and metal will also have little to no wear. Like new - these are slings that look unused. ( I get very few of therse, so I wouldnt expect to have any in stock)
