These two front wheels are removed from a scooter that was literally driven one block the customer purchased it brand new and realized that there was a slightly bent frame I was able to retrieve all the parts from the scooter as the customer was replacing the unit with his dealer. I technically have to list these as being used but they really have not had hardly any use I am selling them complete with the hardware bolts to mount onto the front wheel disc brake Hub and the hubcaps are included as pictured
