I don't know if works properly the red light comes on when it is on. Box has some duct tape but still solid. The manual had been written and checked in on just about every page. Soldering had no writing that I see but is yellowed. There 2 receipts and other paperwork. What ever was in bags is pictured out of it. Couple little bags unopened. Tester itself is unbroken and very clean except where someone wrote on/off as seen in pictures. Being sold as is parts or repair.
