Unit was pulled from service as the original FLPS-7 board behind it was dead. I replaced it with a used unit and it works fine now. All NACs test at 27VDC when active. Battery circuit has been tested for operation, as well as trouble contacts. One of the mounting screws for the control board is missing. The board is technically a B3 revision, not a B4 revision as seen on the chassis. All resistors and battery connections are included, batteries are not.
