Vinyl color in listing is red but may varyTesting/Validation All of our pad sets are tested and personally installed in our test machine to run for 24 hours in order to validate performance. It is crucial to monitor core die and VRAM temps during boot. In some rare cases, the core die temps may be elevated which indicates the VRAM pads are slightly too thick. In this case, please use the included nylon washers and loosen all core die screws and remove 1 by 1 to put the nylon washers in. The washers will increase compression on the pads and in our tests will completely resolve elevated core die temps. Thermal pad thicknesses vary very slightly from the factory and in very rare cases may cause the issue mentioned. Description These are high quality premium thermal pads that have thermal conductivity of 20 W/mK. Pad thickness has been measured to match stock pads and professionally and cut out to fit. The pads are labeled to let you know which pad is which. Pictures in the listing indicate where each pad goes. Please note that the thermal paste on the GPU die needs to be replaced if you replace the thermal pads. Thermal paste is not included in this listing and should be purchased separetely. If your core temps are high after servicing, most likely your spring tension screws need replacing or nylon washers should be used to increase mounting pressure.
