I was told it is new but it smells like smoke, the ear piece cover is missing and the microphone looks like it was used for a chew toy. Don’t buy it unless you have read this description and reviewed all of the pictures (which make up part of the description). I have not tested it and am selling as is for parts only. I messed up on this product because I am a nice guy who trusted someone. Unless you are desperate, like to take risks or like rebuild/repair projects I would not waste money on it.
