A US military-issued LBT-0996F medical backpack, in the tan colorway. The backpack comes with all interior pouches seen, along with the litter. It does not have the separate bag insert. The bag is in good issued condition and appears to have two tones of fabric used, with the top exterior pouch having a brighter shade of tan than the rest of the pack. There are some stains inside and out, none biological. There may be some sand inside. No rips, holes or tears were seen. The litter is in fair condition with some staining seen.
