This is the McClicky Upgrade Kit for the Surefire M6 and M6LT Tailcap.This M6 MClicky Kit is made under the guidance of AW, who designed his M6 McClicky Kit back in 2009 and it was a great mod for the Surefire M6.It was sold out in 2011 and discontinued.Many M6 and M6LT users asked us to create a M6 McClicky Kit similar to AW's.So we went on to seek AW's permission for us to use his design as a basis to make our own version of the M6 McClicky Kit.He agreed and even gave us guidance on how to improve on the design.We are forever grateful for AW's generosity and support.The kit includes:1. McClicky Forward Clicky Switch with a longer spring installedThis kit is compatible with the Surefire M6 and M6LT Tailcap.The famous McClicky made by McGizmo in the USA can take up to 6A current and has a low resistance, it is truly the best switch for any application.In addition to high current capabilities, the stock M6 and M6LT twisty is very difficult to operate a multi-level circuits and drivers.The McClicky switch offers a clean forward clicky operation that is momentary on-off capable that has no problem with high current builds.We custom made a longer contact spring and installed it on the McClicky to improve the contact and fitment of this kit.The aluminum retaining ring is made and designed to be as durable as possible and with perfect threads and fitment.The silicone boot is a brand new one custom made for the M6 and M6LT.Made with oven-grade silicone material that offers great durability and rigidness.Far superior than the rubber tailcap boots others use that will dry rot after a period of use.***This Kit is ONLY compatible with the Surefire M6 and M6LT.******Tailcap housing in the second product photo is for reference ONLY, it is NOT included in this listing.***
