Card with two lapel pins commemorating the 2005 Space Shuttle return to flight after the 2003 Columbia disaster. One is round with a depiction of the Earth and the names of the 7 astronauts (Kelly, Collins, Noguchi, Robinson, Thomas, Lawrence, and Camarda) who manned STS-114. The other is round, gold and blue enameled, and depicts the International Space Station with the words RETURN TO FLIGHT around the top and the words FIRST STEP IN EXPLORATION around the bottom. The pins are attached to the original issuing card for Space Flight Awareness which depicts the flags of the countries participating in the ISS program.
