I do not have a camera to actually test function but I do guarantee it will not be DOA. It is powering on without any issues and all connection ports on the device are in excellent condition. There is a white balance adjustment button on the front of the device that seems to be working without any issues. There are also an IRIS and BRIGHT switch on the back of the device. These switches are used to adjust the electronic aperture of the camera system and the overall brightness level of the video output. Included in this listing is the Olympus OTV-SC Digital Signal Processing Control Unit and a 8' Power Cord.
