Features the famous Master Lock walking lion logo and "Master" on the front side. The reverse side reads: Master Lock Co., Milwaukee USA and a blank area for custom stamping or engraving. Made out of nickel-silver also called German silver. Nickel silver is stronger and more expensive than brass. And, it doesn't tarnish as much as brass. Back then, manufacturers chose nickel-silver over brass for higher quality items like these vintage key blanks. Made in the USA in the 1930's. Fits Master Locks brand and Secret Service models #7, #7c, #7 1/2, #8, #8c and #8 1/2. Also fits other brands of padlocks keyed with the M2 key way. Not reproductions.
