There is no size labeled on it, but it fits me comfortably ( I am 6’ 195 lbs). Comes with weight pockets and storage pocket. The plate is composite but can be changed out to steel or aluminum later if you want to. I dove with it at Cozumel, Socorro, and the sea of Cortez. Great for someone who wants a lightweight travel bcd or looking to get into a backplate and wing bcd.
