This is part of a lot of bicycle parts my brother gave me, this is not my area of expertise. I’m sure you guys know what this is. Appears to be in good used condition. See photos for details. Thanks! I got a question about spindle size and taper. I am not able to tell you if the taper is JIS or ISO because I don’t have calipers to measure it. Measuring the bracket from end to end, it’s looks to be 110mm. I added a photo. I hope this is helpful!
