An R4KSPA is connected to R4KPIP via RS485 and can be located up to 1000 feet away for remote connection and programming. Each R4KPIP provides three (3) RJ45 jack connections, one (1) for pocket paging, one (1) for programming/ diagnostics, and one (1) for connection to an R4KSPA.
