I hand sew whatever needs to be stitched. What I do is commonly known as "Saddle Stitching" and it too, is done by hand. Some of my customers want me to personalize their order. Personalized work could be anything as simple as dying (not paint) their order, or simply stamping their initials or as expensive as "hand tooling" their order. CUSTOM work sometimes requires me making a "working" template along with a drawing of the tooling (which involves hours of work).
