The air balanced, flow-through piston first stage delivers more air to the second stage, unaffected by changing tank pressures. The MK25 EVO features two 7/16" threaded opposite high-pressure ports for flexible hose arrangement, enhancing diving comfort. The MK25 EVO uses Scubapro's Extended Thermal Insulating System (XTIS) to meet EN250-2014 cold water diving requirements. It surpasses these standards, increasing freezing resistance by 30% over previous models. New design features include a proprietary thermal insulating coating, encapsulating main spring bushing, and patented finned cap with body fins for optimal cold-water diving.
