This was not mine so I’m going to explain it to the best of my abilities. I charged both batteries for a few minutes and when I put them in the Sony it would not turn on with either one. So I’m guessing the batteries are not good anymore? I then tested the Sony with the power plug attachment and it did turn on. The viewfinder screen lit up too as seen in pics. I don’t have tapes so couldn’t test those functions but the cassette area does open up and close normally. That’s as far of testing as I did . Selling as is no returns thanks
