Substitute Tall Sight Blade, for later Trapdoor 45-70, + fits Krag.Old 1920s substitute, by W. Stokes Kirk, of Philadelphia, Pa, 1876-1974. And can be fitted to the Krag rifle. Get this only if nothing else is available. No tiny hole for pin, these were usually tapped into place on the later Trapdoor 45-70 or Krag sight base. Incorrect for the early one-piece Trapdoor sights, or Civil War muskets. Top part left a little tall, so you bring a fine file with you to the range.
