This is a good-looking North Face backpack. It is very clean. All of the zippers work, and everything functions as it should. It is missing one small component. There's a horizontal buckle that would go right on your chest in between the two shoulder straps to hold them together laterally, and one is missing. I'm assuming someone cut it off since a lot of people don't actually use that part. It's pretty common to see it removed. It doesn't affect the backpack for some people, but for some, it could.
