It has been completely cleaned and gone through .. the wrist pin was checked and this is the primary reason I take a "perfectly good engine" apart.. after these engines sit with castor oil for a few yrs it becomes glue on the bushings .. it also adds a layer of protection .. anyway .. once apart I just go ahead and clean everything up .. then .. on this engine I added an ST type NVA from Kelly up in Canada .. and a Mike Lee venturi (.270) .. IMO.. the Tower 40 is the best plain bearing ever made .. You also get a new 7/16th prop nut and new muffler bolts. AND .. the compression is excellent... I cleaned this engine up this past summer ..
