This is a variant of the other CCC patches that are out there. I have others yet to list that are wool and felt backing. But most are appearing to be unused and were never sewn on. this appears to have a felt base and I do know that it has a heat seal backing can be applied professionally to allow for iron on purposes and also to hold the threads tightly together.
