During the years when the F-117A stealth fighter was a black project operating out of the Tonopah Test Ranger, a secret program known only by the code name F3XP was designed to repait and maintain the aircraft's radar absorbent coatings. Composted of Air Force corrosion control specialist and sheet metal technicians, members of this project, called the Materials Application Repair Section (M.A.R.S.) were known as "Martians". This brand new patch is 4" in diameter, made of 100% embroidery and features a plastic backing. This patch comes from the published book:"I Could Tell You Then You Would Have To Be Destroyed By Me."
