The stool needs to be redone or you can just use it the way it is. Functions the way it is. The stools seat is in very solid condition with all the tacks for the leather are still attached to the wood base. Wood is solid and in good condition. Everything that's metal has surface rust except for the adjustable shaft that runs through the middle of the stool. The adjustable shaft is in good condition and functions as it should.
