Unit powers on and looks to be overall well maintained. Not versed in this equipment so can't guarantee every feature. Please assume a little work may need to be done to get to original conditioning, which is why I have it listed as is. Looks to me that the original owner modified this for his bench purposes. Unable to know exactly why. Came from a Ham Radio estate where everything has worked so far and been well received.
