OK I’m going to start off here and say I have no idea what brand this is or if it is even complete the strings seem to function don’t know how well looks like one of the strings is frayed or damaged. I can’t tell you any more As I do not know anything about musical instruments if there is something I can do to test this for you or give you more information and you tell me what to do I would be happy to do that. This is going to sound really stupid but when I take my finger and go across the string it makes noise I’m not really sure what else I can say other than that
