I received it in its original packaging and box and includes coaxial cable, power cable, what appears to be speaker wire and negative/positive clips. I plugged it in and it powered up and responded to some of the buttons. I’m calling this listing rare since these items are not common and are seldom seen in their original packaging. I’m not familiar with this item so I can only describe what I see and say it does power up.
