I believe these miniatures are from the 1930s or 1940s and I believe they were made by Lionel. Both are attired in their work uniforms. The figures have some paint loss from use. One worker is giving directions, and the other worker is carrying his lantern. Each figure stands approximately 3 inches tall. These figures are hand painted and made of lead.
