Comp is threaded 1/2" x 28 and includes wave washer. The comps are stainless steel and Cerakoted a matte black. They measure .860" - .865" outside diameter so are a little undersized compared to the Ruger MKIV bull barrels (.875"). Picture shows what they look like on a threaded MKIV barrel. Since the comps are a little undersized on the outside diameter, they are being heavily discounted.
