Has been wire-wheeled on the metal parts and painted. Not my doing. Got a huge lot of cleaned up and painted tools. Most of them are all metal, this is one of the few that had wood. It’s not a full restoration or true to original by any means but still a cute little tool for just a stubby collector or Proto fan. All writing legible. Has scuffs and pitting and a worn corner on the flat tip from use, rust, and rust removal techniques.
